Our Story

We are Uwe and Linus Tillmann. Father and son, entrepreneurs, and coaches. Our mission is to help families reconnect with each other. In our work with people, whether in business or in private settings, we often see relationships fail due to a lack of understanding. That's precisely why we developed DISC Kids . A child-friendly tool that helps parents better understand their children. For fewer conflicts and more closeness in everyday life.

Why we do what we do
